The decision to hire a contractor is solely between You and that contractor.
Service Requests and Communications
When You submit a service request through the Website, You authorize Gaithersburg Concrete and/or one or more independent Business Partners assisting with Your inquiry to contact You regarding Your project. Contact may occur by telephone, text message, email, or other electronic communication. Message and data rates may apply depending on Your mobile service provider. Submitting a request does not obligate You to purchase any service or hire any contractor.
Estimates, Pricing, and Project Information
Any pricing, cost ranges, project timelines, material descriptions, or service information displayed on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only. Actual project costs may vary depending on factors including site conditions, dimensions, thickness, mix specifications, reinforcement, access, excavation, grading, drainage, demolition, permits, and labor. Contractor Qualifications
Gaithersburg Concrete may attempt to connect users with local service providers based on location, service type, availability, and other factors. However, unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company does not guarantee or independently certify the licensing, insurance, qualifications, background, reputation, experience, financial condition, availability, or legal compliance of any Business Partner. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Contractor Work and Services
The Company does not supervise, direct, control, or perform work completed by independent Business Partners. The Company is not responsible for contractor acts or omissions, workmanship, concrete cracking, construction defects, property damage, personal injuries, delays, scheduling issues, permit violations, code compliance, drainage issues, grading, materials, concrete finishes, product defects, pricing disputes, payment disputes, warranty claims, contractor representations, subcontractors, cleanup, project abandonment, or failure to complete work. Any dispute arising from services performed by a Business Partner should be addressed directly between You and that Business Partner.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gaithersburg Concrete and its owners, affiliates, representatives, service providers, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to Your use of the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to Your use of the Website or Service will not exceed the greater of the amount You paid directly to the Company for use of the Service or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
